Dr Syme is experienced in providing longer term therapeutic support for those with a diagnosis of Autism that may benefit from longer term therapeutic support.
Creating an emotionally safe space for staff to reflect on the challenges of their work is an area of work that Dr Syme finds both stimulating and hugely rewarding.
Services where work involves distressing emotional content, be that directly or indirectly, would benefit from such space; as we know that taking time to acknowledge the impact on us of such practice is psychologically protective.
Dr Syme currently provides reflective practice within a number of Law firms, and the relationships built with these teams are hugely valued.
Dr Syme provides tailored training packages into a wide range of organisations.
Time is taken to understand the systemic needs of that organisation, to ensure that all staff experience training that has real application to their work.
Ensuring colleagues feel well supported in their work, be that clinical work or professional development, is a huge privilege and area of enjoyment for Dr Syme.
We would be delighted to hear from you should you have any other requests for psychological support.
